These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bucketlist platform - an enthusiast car marketplace operated by MB „Bucketlist“, registered in Lithuania. The platform is localized for Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Polish, Finnish, and German users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

By using Bucketlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The platform is not intended for use by minors. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts where this requirement is not met.

3. Posting Listings

3.1 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your listing. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised to sell it.

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

• The vehicle is legally registered and roadworthy, or any defects are clearly disclosed.

• The asking price reflects a genuine and realistic offer.

3.2 Prohibited content

The following are not permitted on Bucketlist:

• Vehicles that are stolen, written off without disclosure, or otherwise illegal to sell.

• Listings with false, misleading, or incomplete information.

• Duplicate listings for the same vehicle.

• Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates applicable law.

• Listings for vehicles that do not fit the enthusiast car focus of the platform.

Bucketlist reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its discretion, including listings with unrealistic or unjustified pricing.

3.3 Licence to use your content

By submitting a listing - including photos, descriptions, and any other content - you grant Bucketlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purposes of:

• Operating and displaying the listing on the platform.

• Promoting Bucketlist on social media, including Instagram and Facebook.

• Press, editorial, and marketing materials produced by Bucketlist.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content. We will not license your photos or content to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us, subject to our data retention obligations.

3.4 Sold listings

Once a listing is marked as sold, Bucketlist may retain and display it indefinitely as part of the platform archive. All seller contact information will be removed from public view. Only vehicle data remains visible. This helps maintain a transparent and trustworthy record of cars that have passed through the platform.

3.5 Automated listing review

Submitted listings may be reviewed by an automated tool that flags potential errors or quality issues before publication. This does not constitute an automated decision with legal effect - final approval decisions are made by our team.

4. Transactions Between Users

Bucketlist is a listing platform only. We do not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee any transaction between buyers and sellers. All negotiations, agreements, and payments occur directly between the parties.

We strongly encourage both parties to:

• Inspect the vehicle in person before completing a purchase.

• Verify the vehicle's history, registration, and documentation.

• Use secure and traceable payment methods.

Bucketlist is not liable for the outcome of any transaction, including disputes over vehicle condition, title, or payment.

5. Paid Features

Bucketlist may offer optional paid features from time to time, such as promoted listings or other visibility tools. Where paid features are available:

• All purchases are voluntary.

• Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase.

• Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Bucketlist does not store or process your payment details directly.

• We will notify users of any significant changes to pricing or available features before they take effect.

5.1 Refunds and right of withdrawal

Paid features on Bucketlist are digital services. In accordance with EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU), by completing a purchase you acknowledge that:

• Delivery of the digital service begins immediately upon activation.

• You expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully provided.

• Purchases are non-refundable once activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If no paid features are currently available, this section serves as our stated policy for when they are introduced. If you experience a technical issue that prevents activation of a paid feature, contact us at hello@bucketlist.lt and we will review your case individually.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bucketlist platform that is not submitted by users - including the name, logo, design, copy, and codebase - is the property of MB „Bucketlist“ and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bucketlist provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

• Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bucketlist in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence within the EU.

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at hello@bucketlist.lt. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, unless EU law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
