By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Posting listings

‍Content standards: You are responsible for the content of your listings and must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to illegal items, hate speech, and misleading information.

‍Rights to listings: By posting a listing, you grant Bucketlist the right to use, modify, and display the content.

3. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our platform.

‍4. Paid Features
‍
Bucketlist offers optional paid features, such as “Bucketlist Stars”, which allow users to support the platform and highlight favorite listings. Purchases are voluntary and non-refundable once completed, unless required by applicable law. Prices and features may change over time. We will notify users of any significant changes before they take effect.


5. Payments

‍Payments for paid features are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Bucketlist does not store or process your payment information directly.

6. Limitation of liability

Bucketlist provides its platform “as is” and is not responsible for the outcome of transactions between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucketlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Refunds  

Paid features on Bucketlist, such as digital upgrades or support options, are considered digital services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital service begins once activation starts, and you agree that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the feature has been fully provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents activation, please contact us at hello@bucketlist.lt, and we’ll review your case individually.
