This 1970 Sunbeam 1500 Super is a 4-door sedan, produced exclusively for the French market, the badge-engineered French-market equivalent of the Hillman Hunter, powered by a 1.5‑litre inline-four paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox.

According to the seller, the car was bought new and immediately imported to Austria, where it was used by three related owners, the last of whom deregistered it in 1987. The documents suggest it was likely sold as part of an inheritance following the death of the last owner, and in 2014 the car was registered in Poland for the first time. The seller states that only a few hundred examples are believed to remain worldwide.

In March 2024, the entire body was repainted in the original Aztec Gold colour, and new front and rear window seals with chrome locking strips were fitted at the same time. The car rides on its original 13" wheels with polished hubcaps. According to the seller, the car requires no mechanical investment, with a number of repairs carried out recently, including a carburettor rebuild and adjustment, fuel pump rebuild, brake master cylinder rebuild with new brake lines, a new water pump, coil, spark plugs, and high-tension leads, a head gasket replacement with a full set of new engine gaskets, new gearbox oil, and removal of play from the steering system along with a toe alignment. The car is garaged but used as intended, taken out on the road whenever possible.
