This 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera is a 996.1-generation model that has a rebuilt engine and was imported to Lithuania from the USA.
According to the seller, the engine was fully rebuilt at 175,000 km, addressing all major wear items and known weak points of the early M96. The rebuild included new Mahle pistons, Kolbenschmidt main and rod bearings, crankshaft grinding/polishing, a new Pierburg oil pump and scavenge pump, a Hepu water pump, full Elring gasket set, Motorad thermostat, NRF oil cooler, Contitech belt, FAG alternator support bearings, NGK ignition coil and several additional supporting jobs.
The car features mechanical upgrades to improve driving feel while keeping the car close to OEM .
