This 2018 Jaguar XE SV Project 8 is a limited-production high-performance sports sedan developed by Jaguar's Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division and produced in a run of 300 units worldwide. Compared to the standard XE, it received extensive chassis, aerodynamic and drivetrain upgrades.
Every Project 8 was hand-assembled at Jaguar Land Rover's Special Vehicle Operations Technical Centre in Warwickshire, England. Buyers could choose between a four-seat road-going configuration or the more focused two-seat Track Pack variant, both offered exclusively in left-hand-drive form.
Development prototypes were tested extensively across Europe, including at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. In 2017, the Project 8 set the fastest lap time ever recorded by a Jaguar at the circuit and briefly held the production four-door sedan lap record.
According to the seller, this example has covered just 320 kilometres from new, making it one of the lowest-mileage Project 8s available. With production limited to only 300 units, it represents one of the rarest and most significant modern Jaguars.
