This 1999 Mitsubishi Pajero underwent a comprehensive ground-up rebuild in 2025, with the car stripped down to the last bolt and subsequently reassembled. The seller has around 500 photos documenting the work.
The original frame was replaced and painted twice with epoxy and polyurethane. The body was sandblasted and repainted, while the underbody received multiple layers of protective coating, including finishes designed to resist mechanical damage.
The entire suspension was replaced and painted. The engine was serviced, including the preventive replacement of the bearing shells, and the timing belt was replaced during a service this year. The air conditioning has also been serviced and is working.
Inside, the Pajero features a clean interior, new model-specific floor mats and a freshly re-trimmed steering wheel. The firewall has been sound-deadened, while the LPG tank certification remains valid for another 10 years.
Since the rebuild, the Pajero has spent more time parked than driven.
