According to the seller, it was originally imported from South Carolina, USA, the car spent time as an unfinished project in Lithuania before being acquired by the current owner in 2022. Extensive mechanical work has been carried out during ownership. Multiple cooling, drivetrain and sealing components have been replaced, and all fluids have been renewed.

The car previously suffered from serious corrosion in the battery tray area, which was repaired using a donor vehicle for the trunk floor and battery compartment. The repair is stated to have been completed to original specification. The underside is described as being in very good condition for its age and structurally solid.

Seller’s maintenance includes replacement of the radiator, steering column and alternator, renewal of various engine bay hoses and gaskets, installation of coilover suspension, replacement of all fluids, repair of the gearbox oil leak with a new gearbox gasket and fresh oil, repair of the oil pan gasket leak, replacement of the engine, gearbox and differential mounts with a polyurethane mount installed in the differential, and installation of a sport exhaust system with muffler.
