According to the seller, the car was originally delivered in Germany, exported to Norway in 2009 and imported to Lithuania in 2025. The current owner has had the car since 2023, stating that it has been serviced on time throughout their ownership, with earlier maintenance documented in the service book.

During the current ownership, the brake calipers have been restored, valve cover gaskets, engine gaskets and oil seals replaced, along with new belts, tensioners, bearings, thermostat and viscous fan. The car has also received new spark plugs, filters and service fluids, suspension work, restored headlights with certified Bi-LED projectors, and grooved Brembo brake discs with new Ferodo pads.

The seller states that the air conditioning and all comfort functions operate correctly. The sale includes all keys, the original M tyre compressor and the factory BMW phone.
